Privacy Policy

Privacy statement

We are delighted at your interest in our website. The protection of your privacy and personal data is very important to us. Hereinafter we provide you with detailed information about the treatment of your data.

Data collection and usage for contract processing

We collect your personal information if you provide them to us voluntarily when ordering from or contacting us (through the contact form or email). Which type of data is collected is evident in the respective web form. We use the personal information you provide us exclusively to process your contract or request. After complete execution of the contract, your data is locked against further use and is deleted after expiration of the tax- and commercially-based safekeeping periods, provided that you have not agreed expressly to the further use of your data or provided that we did not reserve the right for the ongoing use of your data within the given statutory framework. Below we inform you about these cases where we reserve the right for further use of your personal information.

Data transfer for contract performance

Depending on which payment provider you select in the ordering process, we transmit all contractually necessary data to the given credit institute and possibly a payment service provider commissioned by us. Some payment providers collect this data themselves if you create an account with them. In this case, you have to login with your access data given to you by your payment provider while ordering. The privacy statement of the respective payment provider applies in this case.

Data usage when subscribing to the newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter we use the data you provide us to send you regular news about new products and updates via email. You can unsubscribe at any time at https://easylogix.de/newsletter_off.php.

Usage of cookies

To give you the best experience when visiting our website and to enable certain functions, we use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your computer and allow the identification of the user. Some of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard disc at the end of the browser session (these are called session cookies). Others remain on your hard disc and enable us to recognise your computer on your next visit (these are called persistent cookies). You can configure your browser to notify you when you are sent a cookie and decide whether you accept it or not. You can even configure it to reject cookies in general. If you do, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Usage of Facebook plug-ins

This website uses so-called social plugins ("plug-ins") from the social network facebook.com which is operated by Facebook Inc. 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plug-ins are marked with the Facebook logo or with the "Facebook Social Plugin" description. You can find an overview of the Facebook plug-ins and their appearence here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

If you request a page of our website, which contains such a plug-in, your browser will build up a direct connection to the servers of Facebook. Facebook integrates the content of this plug-in directly into your browser, and receives information about you having accessed the respective page of our web presence from it. Facebook will receive these information even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in. This data (including your IP address) will be passed on to a Facebook server in the USA and saved there.

If you are logged into your Facebook account, Facebook can associate your access to our website with your Facebook account and link the two. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example the "like"-button or if you comment, this data too will be passed on to Facebook and saved there. In addition, these information will be published on your Facebook profile and shown to your Facebook friends.

For information on the purpose and extent of this data capture and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well your rights and options for the protection of your personal privacy, please refer to the Facebook data protection information: www.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you have a Facebook account and do not want Facebook to collect data about you via our web presence and to link this with your data stored on Facebook, you need to log off from your Facebook account before visiting our website. It is also possible to prevent the loading of the Facebook plug-ins using add-ons for your browser such as the script blocker "NoScript".

Right to information and contact opportunity

As a user of our web page you have the right to receive information free of charge about your stored personal data as well as correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For questions regarding the collection, processing or use of personal information, the disclosure, correction, blocking or deletion of data, and revocation of consents contact us through our data given in Legals.

Links to websites operated by other providers

Our websites may contain links to websites of other providers that are not covered by this privacy policy. Insofar as websites and services of other providers are accessible over the website of EasyLogix which collect, process or use personalised data, please take note of the privacy policy of the corresponding provider.

Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy in part or whole at any time without further notification. Present stand: september 2016.

Privacy Policy created free of charge with Trusted Shops legal-document modules in cooperation with Wilde Beuger Solmecke lawyers.
